Come on over....the weather's fabulous!

Hello my friends!

I thought I had better do a quick post to let you know....
I'm Fine...
Just totally smothered in projects!
I've spent the better part of the week doing Spring cleanup in our garden...

Planting Pansies and stock....Two of my favorites!

Yesterday we pressured washed the deck and brought out all of the outdoor furniture!
We once again are eating and cooking our meals outside!

We have never done this so...early in the season but the weather is beyond fabulous!
We've had record temps all week!
In the high 70's!!!
I had to get out and play!
Things are starting to pop up all over the garden and I plan on tilling in the potager tomorrow!

It's still much too early to plant  in the ground but I will be doing some starts in Tinker house next week!

I have a few wonderful things for show and tell...but I thought I would save them for Monday!
I must get back to my gardening
But I wish you all a blessed, sunny weekend!

  1. The weather has been wonderful, hasn't it? Looks like you are quite busy as well. I also had my front porch power washed yesterday so looks like we will be painting a fresh coat of paint. Enjoy your weekend!

  2. Donna! Hello!
I have been thinking about you!
Thank goodness your run of bad weather is behind you.
Ours has been cold w/snow and sleet. March isn't typically pretty here!
I love pansies and stock too!
Your planter is a lovely welcome for the new season that is just around the corner!

  4. Your yard and your little pansies already look cute, even with just a few little things springing up! Can't wait to see Tinker house up and running again, and to hear about what you have in the works!

  6. This weather has been amazing if not a little frightening. Hopefully there won't be any more freezes to kill off all of this early growth. Your yard looks very nice.

  10. Ahh--I've been waiting to see Tinker and what you're up to; just love your projects and keeps me encouraged to do some similar things around my house. I know it's been said a thousand times--but, I just love your style and your home. And Tinker. Enjoy the sunshine!

  11. How happy to see your post and know you are enjoying playing in the garden. We have just had over 10 inches of rain in three days and snow is predicted for this weekend. No playing in my yard! Blissful weather dear...

I have been walking everyday now that temps are in the 50s - the birds are returning and it is so nice to be outdoors again.
Wishing you & yours a wonderful weekend!
    Hugs,
