Highly Contagious and Addictive

Yes, I am talking about Pinning on my Pinterest Boards!
I now find myself pinning every free minute on my life!
I keep thinking "This too shall pass"
But it hasn't yet!
I practically pin in my sleep!

One of the most amazing discoveries as I curate my mood boards is seeing a certain style emerging.
One that I was uncertain of.
Seriously,
I have worked in the field of design in one capacity or another for 25 YEARS!
I discovered as we began the renovation process....
I really didn't know what I liked anymore!
I liked what would sell in the stores I owned or worked in...In a clients home or showroom...
I like what was trendy and the latest must have....

I was lost as to what I really liked!

Now, I am seeing through my pin boards...my style!

It has been so wonderful to see things "come together"
Another "true love" aspect of pinning for me is that the original author of the pick...gets the credit via a link to their web page!
So I will never loose track of the source again! ( I really hate it when I can't remember where I got a picture from...I can't return to see more:)

I'm addicted to it too. I love that I can pin something and now I know forever where to find it again. I too think it shows you clearly what your style is...I pick the same colors over and over. I might think I want to go neutral in my home...but then I go through my pins and see I just can't stay away from the bright pastels mixed with white. I will have to follow you.

Oh yeah, it can be addictive. Really, someone should start a group for those of us who are already addicted. But seriously, I try to stay away from it since browsing my favorite blogs takes enough time out of my day.

Yes, I discovered Pinterest recently and it is highly addictive and enjoyable! I haven't started a Board or pinning yet, but I imagine creating an inspiration board would reveal more about which aesthetic we're gravitating towards now. I have eclectic tastes but I do find myself drawn to certain things with consistency throughout Life.
