Inspiration

what inspires you?
Is it an idea seen in a book or magazine?
A color combination?
A gorgeous array of fabrics?
For me...it's usually something off the wall!

As you know...We have been undergoing the renovation of our home for 4 years and 10 months.
I am surrounded by cans of paint...
tarps and furniture coverings...
plastic sheeting...
And scaffolding!

Woo Whoo!
Not very inspiring!
Or...
Is it?
Sometime in late February...while in the midst of a conversation with my daughter...
An idea stuck me for my vendor space at the Flea Market...

At that point...I still had not decided whether or not I was going to be a vendor or just produce the event for the Horton's.

As if modeled from clay...it started to form in our minds.

And...
Like most things I do...it took on a life of it's own.

So away we went!
I can't wait to share it with you!
Later...

In about 28 days!

Just kidding!
I will be back on Monday with more fun facts about the Flea Market!

Love all the inspiration out there in blog land....so many creative women...love your site...I'm new around here.
wish I lived closer would love to come to your event. I do a spring event every other year...nothing like yours....but it is fun. Trying to get some of the women in my area excited about creating...its an up hill climb.

I am so intrigued and cannot wait to hear more!! If the pictures are any indication..we are in for a treat! Pictures from magazines and books inspire me, paint inspires me, and little pieces of art inspire me becuase I imagine designing an entire room around it. Beautiful!
