There's no tiptoeing aroung it...Christmas is nearly here

Good morning my friends!

It has been a very busy week as we continue to march on toward
The Christmas Open House

There really isn't any way to tiptoe now!
With just 13 days left...It is working shoes only!
Because the store is so large
We have to get started with setup much earlier than what we would like.
Just like another glorious event in life...
We work at this for 9 months out of the year!

But it's worth it...
When we see the faces of our customers walk in for their first glimpse of the season!

I thought you might like a little sneaky peak too!

We now have two entire areas at about 90%
Yay!
Just a few shots from yesterday...
in the
"Where Angels feet have tread"

Not quite...but almost!
I hope you have a wonderful week!
Until next time!

  1. Decorating a shop for Christmas has to be hard work!!! What you have so far is just gorgeous! I would imagine the customers' jaws drop when they see it.

I'm still working on Halloween and not even thinking about Christmas. 'Course I don't have a shop, but still--I'm way behind.

    Thanks for sharing!

  3. Beautiful! I wish I could come... I would LOVE it! There is a local nursery/gift shop the next town over and they have the most gorgeous decorated Christmas trees all over the shop and they are already working hard putting them up. They actually close in January just because it's so much work to take everything down! xo

I can't wait till you can show us more and tell us all about it. How do you get everything done? You have such a talent. I missed the previous post on winning Elizabeth's contest, and I cannot tell you how thrilled I was to hear it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Love to you dear girl...

  5. Gosh, if that is a sneek peek then I can't wait to see the rest!!! I sure wish I could be there and I wouldn't want to leave.
Working for nine months for the show has got to be very tiring but oh so worth it.
