Horton's of Tipton Magazine Feature

It's been out in the stores for over a week now so...
I guess I can share the news with you too!
The Romantic Country feature on Horton's of Tipton is now in print!

The Spring issue 2013!

The event that I  produced for the Horton's since it's inception is part of the "Best Fleas and Tent Events for the coming year" article.

Isn't this exciting!

I know I am quite thrilled for the Horton's and their wonderful store
The feature itself  was photographed by Gridley Graves Photography! The talented husband and wife team  are wonderful  to work with and so talented.

The lovely lady in the picture is Karen Kay Horton's sweet mom  Kathy, who always does the fresh flower bouquets at the event.
The other photos are from our vendors spaces.

Do you recognize anything from the above photo?

How about now?

I am so glad that one of the pedestals sweet hubby the carpenter made it one of the final shots! Remember, they were made from the reclaimed beaded board and decking on our old front porch!
And yes...those were a two of the pillows I made as well!

I am so grateful to Romantic Country for including this event in there feature alongside so many other fabulous markets. I know the Horton's are too!

Looking back at the last 4 years of producing this event...I think last year was my overall favorite.
Maybe, as with most things, it just gets easier with time and practice.
And since we are on the subject of time...Can you believe...
It has been a whole year  now since I left Horton's!
4 months since the last  French Market I produced!

In early August I gave up the last of my responsibilities.
The blog I kept for the store is now Karen Kay's and she posts on Horton's of Tipton Blog!
It has been fun to see the store through her eyes and hear her voice, but sometimes, I miss the day to day and then sharing it with you!

Oh well, I  have started a new chapter in  my life. There is always plenty to keep me busy here at home.
It has been a busy year hasn't it?

Thank you for always being so supportive! You know how much you mean to me!

For more on this market...here is the last post I did on the event itself!
The 2013 Market  will be here before you know it. Even though I am taking a back seat and just going along for the ride...it's sure to be an amazing event!
We would all love it if you could make it too!

The issue  of Romantic Country is now available and you will recognize several other bloggers among it's pages! I hope you are able to pick up a copy soon!

Many blessings to you my friends!
