Tinker's 1st resident

Happy Friday Everyone!

We are now just one week away from THE EVENT ...and I haven't much time to spare...
But every morning
I still head out to our deck to drink my coffee and just breathe for a minute.

I try to focus on the overall beauty of my garden...not the weeds or flowers that haven't been planted!

While looking out at Tinker house....
I saw movement!

A closer inspection might be required...

As I started walking that way...

A tiny bird popped out of my tin hat birdhouse wreath!

A new resident for Tinker House! The Very First!

I tried several times to get a shot of her in the little nest she has made but to no avail.

But it just thrills me to know that she too has taken a liking to Tinker!

Well, I must get back to work!

Time just keeps on ticking!

Consider this...your postcard in the mail! :)
Until next time!

  2. Oh, how sweet!
My husband saw movement at the window of an out building....we think raccoons have moved in...darn-birds would be better visitors.
Take plenty of deep breaths;enjoy your journey!
Thanks for sharing and spreading smiles!

  10. What a sweet little tenant you have! It reminds me of one of my favorite scriptures.
Even the sparrow finds a home and the swallow builds her nest and raises her young. Psalm 84:3

  21. Birdy knows a welcoming home when she sees one. I know how excited we all get when a hummingbird comes in the greenhouse but to have a bird want to nest there...well that never happens.
oh maybe it's all the cats around:)

    Good luck with the event.

    xx
