A working Holiday!

It's been a wonderful week so far here in the Chicago land area.
we have been working, giggling and then working some more!

Tuesday, we actually got to spend some of the day outside in the sunshine!

Most of which ...
Was spent getting ready for house guests.

Fifi Oneill and MarkLohman came to spend the day at Rebecca's!

They spent the day photographing Rebecca's house...
Inside...
And out!
And WOW!
What a day it was!

They are so much fun!

Mark is such an amazing photographer! And has a great sense of humor!

Of course, we all know about fabulous Fifi !
she is such a wonderful lady! So talented and fun to be around.
A true "Prairie Princess"
I was busy helping with things... so I must tell you I took very few pictures!
But I will this weekend... at Anne Marie's Nada Farm Event!

 In the meantime...
Here are a few pictures I took of Rebecca's family room!
(the day before Fifi arrived!)

It was so beautiful that day the room just seemed to glisten!
"Prairie Pretty" as Mark would say!

Still so much to do before I return home... we are now going to work on getting
Rebecca ready to go to Farm Chicks!
She is leaving for Washington the first of next week!

But for now... Rebecca is in the kitchen!
:)

Until next time!

  4. Gorgeous photos Donna!
That's so sweet that you helped Rebecca getting ready for the photo shoot with Fifi & Marc!
She must have been so excited, well I think I would be so nervous and would definitely need the help of a trusty good kindered spirit too! So are they coming to shoot at your home & garden next?
Wishing you a wonderful time and please tell Rebecca I said hi and congrats!
    xoxo~ Carola

  7. Wow, what a beautiful room! I love so many things. I love the chandy hanging in front of the very long window, and the sheers that drape to the floor. So pretty! I can see why Fifi went to her house! Is she shooting a new book?
