The weekend in Tipton!

The renovation of the Tipton store is now complete!
YAY!

We are all so excited about the new look and hope that everyone who can,
Comes to see the Horton's New Store really soon!
This Friday and Saturday the Horton family will be opening the doors to their new store!
I say this because it is nothing like the old store...it's got a whole new vibe!
Filled with the treasures you have come to expect. But in more of a home environment.

The cottage is located in a Secret Garden. Completely enclosed and set apart from the rest of the hardware store.
It feels cozy, inviting...and little bit like a loft with a garden balcony.

I will not be able to attend this weekend but I would love to hear from you!
Let me know what you think!

The store's blog is also been remodeled!
I am working on a new header but come see for yourself!

Back at the reno ranch....things have slowed down to a turtles pace.
We will be getting back on track in the next few weeks and I will share a few of the Completed projects!

Just for now...
These are some of the just arrived pansies in the garden center.
Pansies are my favorite flower! I think because they just seem to be smiling !

I always plant at least 2 flats of them each year in containers around my garden.

I also put them in my Potager.
We add them to salads in the Spring and early Summer

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I am taking some time off before we get going again!

I am linking up with one of my new friends...Tracie at Fishtail Cottage. She has a wonderful blog I hope you stop by and say Hello!
I have had a chance to meet so many new friends of late and in the next few weeks...will be sharing them with you as well!

Until next time,

  1. My father used to say the same thing about pansies smiling! I think of that every time I see some and need to add some to my yard. I love that arbor!
